Sous-Chef

Every day we offer our residents an elegant dining experience at each meal. Our food is cooked from fresh, healthy ingredients. We currently have an opening for a sous chef/cook. If you would enjoy cooking for a household of 130 + individuals with varying tastes and dietary needs, please contact us today. The successful candidate will have a culinary management diploma or equivalent chef training certificate. The safety in foodhandling certificate is an asset, as well as knowledge of WHIMIS. Experience in a restaurant /retirement setting preferred and creativity, self motivation and the ability to delegate and take initiative to complete tasks is desirable. Dietary Aide/Server

The dining experience enjoyed by our residents is due to the care and attention to detail by the staff. This begins with greeting residents as they enter the dining room, providing the highest level of service during the meal, and providing assistance to individuals who need that extra TLC. We often hear that our service is second to none. If you are a team player who is self motivated, has several years of serving experience in an elegant dining environment, and you enjoy working with seniors, this willbe the ideal position for you. RPN/RN (Charge Nurse)

Our team of professional RN/RPN’s and HCA’s are among the best you will find in Retirement Residences in Ottawa. If you are a strong leader, enjoy a fast paced environment and enjoy working with seniors,then this is the ideal position for you. The successful candidate will have an RN or RPN Ontario licence with at least 3 years experience in eldercare. The successful candidate willbe willing to work shifts and weekends. Knowledge of WHMIS and infection control are desirable. Demonstrated ability to work as shift charge and strong ability to work in a team setting are required.
